Coach Antonio L. Coleman
Born and raised in Cleveland,
23 years experience in performance training, Father, Husband, Brother, 
Christian Coach Coleman has created a program that develops all part of the athlete; 
the physical mental, emotional, and spiritual.

With his extensive knowledge of the muscular skeletal and energy systems,
Coach Coleman has created a functional strength and conditioning program 
that maximizes the neuroendocrine response which catapults the athlete into a faster, 
stronger and more enduring self. 
Through his program many athletes have went to the next level in there athleticism be it high school, 
college or professional. Flat out he produces “CHAMPIONS”.
